Kiponda B&B is a small guesthouse in the old town of Stone Town, on Nyumba ya Moto Street in the Kiponda quarter. It is a simple, clean place to sleep inside the narrow lanes, a short walk from Forodhani Gardens and the sea front.

There are around a dozen rooms on three floors, each with a private bathroom with a shower, a ceiling fan and a safe. Breakfast is included and is served on the rooftop terrace. The rooms are plain and some are small, which keeps the price low.
