V Tours & Safaris (V Tours & Safaris, we, us) runs this website and organises tours, transfers and stays in Tanzania, Zanzibar and East Africa. We decide how and why your personal information is used, so we are the controller of it.

We collect only what we need to answer you and to organise your trip.
- Details you give us in an enquiry or booking: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, travel dates, number and ages of travellers, preferences and the messages you send.
- Details we need to arrange the trip: names as on passports, flight details and any dietary, medical or accessibility needs you choose to tell us.
- Payment information: payments are made through a secure payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
- Technical information: pages visited, device and browser type, language and the website you came from, collected through cookies and similar tools as described in our Cookie Policy.
- Messages sent to our WhatsApp, email or phone, and our replies.
3. Why we use your information
- To answer your enquiries and prepare quotes and itineraries.
- To take your booking, collect payment and organise your trip with hotels, drivers, guides and boat operators.
- To contact you before, during and after the trip about your arrangements.
- To keep our records, handle complaints and meet legal and tax obligations.

4. Who we share it with
We share the minimum needed with the people who deliver your trip: hotels and lodges, drivers and guides, boat and activity operators, airlines or ferry companies when we book for you, and our payment provider. These suppliers use the information only to provide your service.
We also use service providers for hosting, email, analytics and customer messaging. They process information on our instructions. We do not sell your personal information.
We may disclose information when the law requires it, for example to tax, immigration or park authorities, or to protect our rights and the safety of travellers.
5. International transfers
