1. About these terms
These terms apply to tours, transfers, stays and activities you book with V Tours & Safaris (V Tours & Safaris, we, us). By booking you accept them. Please read them together with the details on the tour page you chose, which show exactly what your price includes.
2. Booking and confirmation
You can ask for a quote through the website, email or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed when we send you written confirmation and we have received [ADD: the deposit or full payment needed to confirm]. Until then dates and prices are not guaranteed.
3. Prices and what is included
- Prices are per person unless the tour page says otherwise. Each tour page lists what is included and what is not.
- Taxes, park fees and service charges are included only where the tour page says so.
- Usually not included: international flights, visas, mandatory entry insurance where it applies, travel insurance, tips, and drinks or meals not listed.
- Prices are shown in [ADD: price currencies]. If you pay in another currency, the amount follows [ADD: exchange rate rule].
4. Children and infants
Guests aged 12 and over are priced as adults. Children aged 3 to 11 pay the child price. Infants under 3 usually travel free, but some places or activities may charge, and we will tell you before you book.
5. Group size and vehicles
Each safari or transfer van takes up to 6 guests. Groups of more than 6 can book too, there is no limit on group size.
6. Payment

7. Changes and cancellation by you
Tell us in writing as early as you can if you want to change or cancel. [ADD: cancellation windows, the share of the price refunded in each window, and any non-refundable amounts]. Changes depend on availability, and we will tell you of any extra cost before you confirm.

8. Changes and cancellation by us
Weather, safety, road or park closures, or a supplier problem can force a change. We will offer a comparable alternative. If we must cancel and you do not accept the alternative, [ADD: refund or credit rule].
9. Travel documents, visas and insurance
You are responsible for a valid passport, visas, health requirements and the entry insurance that applies to your destination. We send you the current steps and a checklist for each trip, but the rules can change, so please confirm them before you travel. We recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical costs and evacuation.
10. Health, safety and conduct
Safari, boat trips, snorkelling, forest walks and similar activities carry some risk. Tell us about medical conditions and fitness limits before you book, follow your guide's instructions and the rules of parks and operators, and keep a safe distance from wildlife. We may refuse an activity if it is unsafe for you or the group.
11. Tips
Tips for guides, drivers and staff are not required and there is no set amount. Because your tour is paid in full, a tip is simply what you feel like giving to say thank you.
12. Suppliers and liability
Hotels, lodges, boat operators and other suppliers provide their own services under their own rules. We choose them with care and will help if something goes wrong. 13. Complaints
